phsoin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phsoin ("phsoin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phsoin.net and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the phsoin Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phsoin Platform.

To register and use phsoin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction of residence.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phsoin, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or regulatory exclusion that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

phsoin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the requested timeframe may result in restriction or closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance derived from ineligible use.

Each individual may hold only one (1) phsoin account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your phsoin account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

phsoin implements a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)

phsoin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will be closed and balances returned to the verified source of funds, less any applicable processing fees.

You are solely responsible for the security of your phsoin account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. phsoin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

All financial transactions on phsoin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phsoin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. phsoin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phsoin account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. phsoin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your phsoin account, or to a verified method registered in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in your account settings.

Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. phsoin will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

phsoin offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible phsoin players only. phsoin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

All games available on phsoin operate under individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any phsoin game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to access, interact with, or place wagers on phsoin without human direction.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability in the phsoin Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using phsoin for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the phsoin Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward phsoin staff or other players through any phsoin communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls implemented by phsoin.

phsoin reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, phsoin may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and historical wagers made during the period of misconduct, withhold or forfeit the account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law, and refer the matter to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

phsoin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. phsoin makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phsoin account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets or you request a reduction.

• Distribute, publicly display, broadcast, or commercially exploit any phsoin content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsoin's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your phsoin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phsoin shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the phsoin Platform.
• Losses caused by interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the Platform, including failures caused by third-party service providers, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phsoin's liability for death or personal injury caused by phsoin's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

phsoin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phsoin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phsoin implements technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and phsoin cannot guarantee absolute data security.

phsoin may share your personal data with third parties where required by Philippine law or regulation, including disclosures to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other competent Philippine authorities.

phsoin may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• phsoin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You have requested account closure or self-exclusion.
• phsoin is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent Philippine authority.
• phsoin ceases to offer gaming services in your jurisdiction.

Upon account closure for reasons other than your breach, phsoin will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting phsoin support. Voluntary account closure does not extinguish any obligations you have incurred under these Terms prior to closure.

phsoin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phsoin will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the phsoin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at phsoin.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phsoin Platform, you agree to first contact phsoin support to seek an informal resolution. phsoin will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, for final resolution.

For disputes relating to game outcomes specifically, phsoin's internal review process — which includes examination of server logs and game records — constitutes the binding first-instance determination. The decision of phsoin's compliance team on game-outcome disputes is final unless reversed by a court of competent jurisdiction.
